Abstract
In a prospective study, 103 patients underwent operative procedures on the testis, epidydimis or spermatic cord using the technique of spermatic cord block anaesthesia. The procedures were tolerated well and all patients were treated on a day case basis. There were no complications attributable to the technique. We consider cord block anaesthesia to be a safe and cost-effective technique suitable for intrascrotal surgery.

在一项前瞻性研究中，103例患者采用精索阻滞麻醉技术对睾丸、附睾或精索进行了手术操作。手术过程耐受性良好，所有患者均按日间手术方式治疗。未出现与该技术相关的并发症。我们认为精索阻滞麻醉是一种安全且具有成本效益的技术，适用于阴囊内手术。
