Abstract
Fecal samples of 120 children (2 weeks to 3.5 year old) hospitalized in a pediatrical ward were investigated. In 56 of them diarrhea was observed. Out of 45 anaerobic gram-negative isolated rods, two Bacteroides fragilis strains were enterotoxigenic. Production of enterotoxin was established on the Human Colonic Epithelial Cell Line HT29/C1.

对在儿科病房住院的120名儿童（2周龄至3.5岁）的粪便样本进行了调查。其中56名儿童出现腹泻。在分离出的45株厌氧革兰氏阴性杆菌中，有两株脆弱拟杆菌菌株产肠毒素。通过人结肠上皮细胞系HT29/C1确定了肠毒素的产生。
