食管自发性破裂：一例延迟诊断及后续处理的病例报告

Spontaneous rupture of the oesophagus is a rare but potentially fatal condition. Initially described by Boerhaave in 1724, this condition remained a pathological curiosity until a subsequent case was reported by Barrett in 1946. The diagnosis is often difficult and, thus, the appropriate management is delayed. An oesophageal disruption may occur within the mediastinum or between the mediastinum and the visceral lung pleura, resulting in an oesophago-pleural fistula. We report a case of a spontaneously occurring oesophageal disruption which was successfully managed with minimum surgical intervention.

食管自发性破裂是一种罕见但可能致命的疾病。1724年由布尔哈夫首次描述，在1946年巴雷特报告了后续病例之前，这种疾病一直是病理学上的奇闻。诊断往往很困难，因此适当的治疗会被延误。食管破裂可能发生在纵隔内或纵隔与肺脏胸膜之间，导致食管胸膜瘘。我们报告一例食管自发性破裂病例，通过最小限度的手术干预成功治愈。
