Abstract
A case is presented of Miller Fisher syndrome in a 77-year-old woman. The diagnosis was confirmed by the presence of serum IgG antibody to ganglioside GQ1b. Miller Fisher syndrome, although uncommon, enters the differential diagnosis of brainstem stroke.
