PURPOSE/METHODS: We studied a case in which a streptokinase-induced Tenon's hemorrhage developed after retinal detachment surgery. The patient received intravenous streptokinase for myocardial infarction two hours after pars plana vitrectomy and encircling scleral buckling surgery.
RESULTS/CONCLUSIONS: A Tenon's hemorrhage with an orbital compartment syndrome developed in the patient's left eye, and he underwent lateral canthotomy and inferior cantholysis. Symptoms of the compartment syndrome resolved and final visual acuity was 20/40. Although there are potential ocular-related side effects to thrombolytic therapy, there has been no permanent ocular morbidity reported after thrombolytic-related hemorrhage. We recommend not to defer such life-saving therapy after ocular surgery.
目的/方法：我们研究了一例视网膜脱离手术后发生链激酶诱导的特农氏出血的病例。该患者在经平坦部玻璃体切除术和环扎巩膜扣带术后两小时因心肌梗死接受了静脉注射链激酶治疗。
结果/结论：患者左眼发生了伴有眼眶间隔综合征的特农氏出血，随后接受了外眦切开术和下睑眦部松解术。间隔综合征的症状得到缓解，最终视力为20/40。尽管溶栓治疗存在潜在的眼部相关副作用，但溶栓相关出血后尚未报告有永久性眼部并发症。我们建议眼部手术后不要推迟这种挽救生命的治疗。
