This study was based on a clinical and histopathological analysis of 2485 gingival biopsy specimens. sixty-nine types of gingival lesions were, identified they were 14 types of gingival inherent diseases, 29 types of tumor and tumorous lesions, 5 types of dermal and mucosal diseases, 2 types of periodontal diseases, 29 types of other diseases. Among them, eighteen have not been published by others.
本研究基于对2485份牙龈活检标本的临床和组织病理学分析。共识别出69种牙龈病变，其中包括14种牙龈固有疾病、29种肿瘤及肿瘤样病变、5种皮肤和黏膜疾病、2种牙周疾病、29种其他疾病。其中，有18种病变此前未被他人发表过。
