Abstract

The dose-dependent pharmacokinetics of N,N'-dicyclopropyl-methyl-piperazine- dichlorhydrate (Ino 2628 CZ, CAS 82909-97-5), a new inotropic compound, was studied after 4 intravenous infusions in 3 subjects and 4 orally administered doses in 6 subjects. Plasma and urine levels were determined over 72 h. The results show that the pharmacokinetics of Ino 2628 CZ was dose proportional over the intravenous and oral dose range of 100 to 400 mg.

新型正性肌力化合物N,N'-二环丙基-甲基-哌嗪二盐酸盐(Ino 2628 CZ,CAS 82909-97-5)在3名受试者中进行了4次静脉输注给药,在6名受试者中进行了4次口服给药后,对其剂量依赖性药代动力学进行了研究。在72小时内测定血浆和尿液水平。结果表明,在100至400毫克的静脉和口服剂量范围内,Ino 2628 CZ的药代动力学与剂量成比例。
