Multiple lymphomatous polyposis is a non-Hodgkin's centrocytic lymphoma that presents with polyposis of the mucosa and can be found anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract.
On the basis of a new case and 31 cases in the literature since 1971, the treatment is discussed.
Surgery is not indicated and chemotherapy is the appropriate treatment.
