Antibodies against spermatozoa specific antigens may be produced in female as well in male subjects. There is some evidence that they are able to contribute to infertility in susceptible couples. Therefore, we studied these antibodies with regard to the diagnostics of infertility. It is shown that there is no significant enhancement in the serum levels of the antibodies in infertile female patients and their partners. The figures measured are comparable to those found in pregnant or in climacteric women. It is concluded that the determination of these antibodies does not contribute to an improved diagnostic of infertility.
针对精子特异性抗原的抗体在男性和女性体内均可能产生。有证据表明，这些抗体可能导致易患不孕不育症的夫妇不孕。因此，我们针对不孕不育症的诊断对这些抗体进行了研究。结果显示，不孕女性患者及其伴侣血清中这些抗体的水平并无显著升高。所测数据与怀孕女性或更年期女性的数据相当。由此得出结论，检测这些抗体无助于提高不孕不育症的诊断水平。
