We present a morphometric method aimed at evaluating the growth of pigmented naevi. The index of clinical atypia includes evaluation of area and corrugation of the lesions. The index of evolutivity compares the indices of clinical atypia at intervals of 100 days. The indices differ with the pathologies and also with each naevus in each group. Arranging the clinical atypia and evolutivity indices in decreasing values enabled us to distinguish between naevi under the influence of human growth hormone (hormonal influence), naevi intensively and recently sun-irradiated (UV influence) and unstimulated naevi of normal subjects.
我们提出一种旨在评估色素痣生长情况的形态测量方法。临床非典型性指数包括对病损面积和皱襞的评估。演变指数以100天为间隔比较临床非典型性指数。这些指数因病理情况而异,且在每组中的每个痣也有所不同。将临床非典型性指数和演变指数按降序排列,使我们能够区分受人生长激素影响的痣(激素影响)、近期受到强烈阳光照射的痣(紫外线影响)以及正常受试者的未受刺激的痣。
