Abstract

Wistar rats were divided into active and inactive by the open field test. The Na, K-ATPase activity of the active rats' erythrocytes was by 19 per cent higher. A decrease in the activity of the enzyme immobilisation stress reached 35% in active rats and 43% in inactive ones. Reasons of such changes in the Na, K-ATPase activity are discussed.

通过旷场试验将Wistar大鼠分为活跃组和不活跃组。活跃组大鼠红细胞的钠钾ATP酶活性高19%。酶固定应激活性的降低在活跃组大鼠中达到35%,在不活跃组大鼠中达到43%。讨论了钠钾ATP酶活性发生这种变化的原因。
