We report a case of left renal cell carcinoma with bilateral ovarian metastasis which was demonstrated 3 years after radical nephrectomy. The patient is alive without any evidence of disease 36 months after bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
我们报告一例左肾细胞癌伴双侧卵巢转移的病例，该转移在根治性肾切除术后3年被发现。患者在双侧输卵管卵巢切除术后36个月仍存活，无任何疾病迹象。
