Serum sCD23 and sCD25 levels in asthmatic patients and healthy subjects were assayed. Serum sCD23 levels in asthmatic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects (p < 0.05). Serum sCD25 levels in asthmatic patients were also significantly higher than those in healthy subjects (p < 0.02). There was a significant correlation between serum sCD23 and sCD25 levels in asthmatic patients (r = 0.52, p < 0.001). It is well known that sCD23 and sCD25 levels are regulated by different cytokines, and this study suggests that T cells play important roles in the pathogenesis of asthma.
对哮喘患者和健康受试者的血清可溶性CD23（sCD23）和可溶性CD25（sCD25）水平进行了检测。哮喘患者的血清sCD23水平显著高于健康受试者（p < 0.05）。哮喘患者的血清sCD25水平也显著高于健康受试者（p < 0.02）。哮喘患者血清sCD23和sCD25水平之间存在显著相关性（r = 0.52，p < 0.001）。众所周知，sCD23和sCD25水平受不同细胞因子调节，本研究提示T细胞在哮喘发病机制中起重要作用。
