The activity of the Pg-E2-synthetase in the rat renal medulla was observed for a period of 27 days during the development of a hypertension by clamping of the renal artery; an increased activity of Pg-E2-synthetase with a peak on the 18th day was observed in the kidneys of the 2-kidney model (2-KM=stenosing of the left arteria renalis) and the 1-kidney model (1-KM=stenosing of the left arteria renalis and additional nephrectomy of the right kidney). The initial values of the enzyme activities were reached again on the 21st (1-KM) resp. 24th (2-KM) day post operationem.
通过夹闭肾动脉诱导大鼠高血压的过程中,观察了27天大鼠肾髓质中Pg-E2合成酶的活性;在二肾模型(2-KM=左肾动脉狭窄)和一肾模型(1-KM=左肾动脉狭窄并右肾附加肾切除术)的肾脏中,观察到Pg-E2合成酶活性增加,在第18天达到峰值。术后第21天(1-KM)或第24天(2-KM)酶活性再次达到初始值。
