Abstract

Complex examination of 30 apparently healthy volunteers, 70 patients with Stages I-II hypertension and transient arterial hypertension was carried out. Impairment of blood rheologic properties and distinct decrease in the platelet activity of Na+, K+ -and Mg2+, Ca(2+)-ATPases were detected in development of hypertensive disease. In transient arterial hypertension the activity of Na+, K(+)-ATPase was increased in the erythrocyte membranes due to the fraction of old erythrocytes, while in Stage II hypertensive disease the enzymatic activity was decreased mainly in the fraction of young erythrocytes.

对30名看似健康的志愿者、70名I-II期高血压患者和短暂性动脉高血压患者进行了综合检查。在高血压疾病的发展过程中,检测到血液流变学特性受损以及血小板中Na+、K+ -ATP酶和Mg2+、Ca(2+)-ATP酶的活性明显降低。在短暂性动脉高血压中,由于衰老红细胞的比例,红细胞膜中Na+、K(+)-ATP酶的活性增加,而在II期高血压疾病中,酶活性主要在年轻红细胞部分降低。
