Abstract
Low Hyp and Hyl values were found in psoriatic lesions. Treatment with PUVA achieved a return to normal values. No effect of PUVA on the collagen of uninvolved skin of psoriatic patients could be demonstrated after 4 months. There were no age-related differences in the content of Hyp and Hyl between samples of uninvolved skin of psoriatics.

在银屑病皮损中发现羟脯氨酸（Hyp）和羟赖氨酸（Hyl）值较低。补骨脂素加紫外线A（PUVA）治疗后这些值恢复正常。4个月后未发现PUVA对银屑病患者非皮损部位皮肤的胶原蛋白有影响。银屑病患者非皮损部位皮肤样本中，Hyp和Hyl的含量不存在与年龄相关的差异。
