The aim of this study was to analyse the contribution of "La España Médica " (1856-1866) to the introduction of anesthesiology in Spain. Thirty-seven articles on anesthesiology were published, with 19 articles (51.35%) being originals from spanish authors and 18 (48.64%) from abroad. By means of this medical newspaper from Madrid, Spanish physicians received information concerning the latest changes in anesthesiology with special emphasis on the introduction of amylene.
本研究的目的是分析《西班牙医学》（1856 - 1866年）对西班牙麻醉学引入所做的贡献。共发表了37篇关于麻醉学的文章，其中19篇（51.35%）是西班牙作者的原创文章，18篇（48.64%）来自国外。通过这份来自马德里的医学报纸，西班牙医生获得了有关麻醉学最新进展的信息，特别强调了戊烯的引入。
