Giving integration assistance to children and youths whose chances of integration are longterm impaired due to the effects of mental disturbances require that the helping systems involved--especially the youth aid of children and youth psychiatrics (as a part of the health services)--cooperate. This presupposes that the terms and procedures have been clarified as discussed in this article.
