Abstract
Early serological diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in 45 patients did not affect survival and policy of hemodialysis. However, the number of procedures, invasive in particular, to verify the diagnosis was much less. Perfection of HFRS early diagnosis promotes optimization of the disease detection.

45例肾综合征出血热（HFRS）患者的早期血清学诊断不影响生存率及血液透析策略。然而，用于确诊的检查程序数量，尤其是侵入性检查程序的数量要少得多。完善HFRS早期诊断有助于优化疾病检测。
