[The serological diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome].

Early serological diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in 45 patients did not affect survival and policy of hemodialysis. However, the number of procedures, invasive in particular, to verify the diagnosis was much less. Perfection of HFRS early diagnosis promotes optimization of the disease detection.
