Abstract

The contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, protocatechuic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde, (+)catechin and gallic acid in Trachycarpus fortunei were defermined by HPLC. The relationship between processing methods and changes of content is discussed.

采用高效液相色谱法测定了棕榈叶中对羟基苯甲酸、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、（+）儿茶素和没食子酸的含量。探讨了加工方法与含量变化之间的关系。
