Photoreaction of various 5-bromouracil-containing oligonucleotides was investigated. It was found that a novel type of 5 cross-link products was formed at 5'-BrU-pyridimdine-3' sequence under UV irradiation. These cross-linked products were characterized by 1H NMR and mass spectra. It was found that this type of photo-cross-linking was actually proceeded in BrU-containing hexanucleotides.
研究了各种含5-溴尿嘧啶的寡核苷酸的光反应。发现在紫外线照射下,在5'-BrU-嘧啶-3'序列处形成了一种新型的5交联产物。这些交联产物通过1H NMR和质谱进行表征。发现在含BrU的六核苷酸中实际上发生了这种光交联。
