Autoradiographic analysis of the changes of the nuclear and cytoplasmic RNA in the sympathetic neurocytes of presenile mice subjected to partial desympathization during the first days after birth by guanetidine injections was carried out. As compared with the control mice of the same age, neurocytes of the populations with a sharply reduced number of cells were characterized by a slower migration rate of the newly-synthesizing RNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. The neurocytes of partially desympathized infantile, young and presenile mice were not larger than those of the control mice.
对出生后最初几天经胍乙啶注射进行部分去交感神经支配的老年前期小鼠交感神经细胞中核RNA和细胞质RNA变化进行了放射自显影分析。与同龄对照小鼠相比,细胞数量急剧减少的群体中的神经细胞,其新合成的RNA从细胞核向细胞质的迁移速率较慢。部分去交感神经支配的幼年、青年和老年前期小鼠的神经细胞并不比对照小鼠的大。
