Abstract

Infrared spectra of whole cells and cell walls were studied with Schizosaccharomyces pombe, Endomyces magnusii. Rhodotorula rubra, and Candida lipolytica. Qualitative analysis of the spectra and comparison of the spectra recorded for the cells and for their walls led to a conclusion that, contrary to the common viewpoint, an ir spectrum of the whole cell of any yeast species was determined by the components contained in the cell rather wall than by all components of the cell.

摘要

利用粟酒裂殖酵母、大孢内孢霉、深红酵母和解脂假丝酵母对全细胞和细胞壁的红外光谱进行了研究。对光谱进行定性分析,并比较细胞及其细胞壁记录的光谱,得出的结论是,与普遍观点相反,任何酵母菌种全细胞的红外光谱是由细胞中而非细胞壁中的成分决定的,并非由细胞的所有成分决定。
