New aryloxyaminoalkanes Ia-f and VI were prepared by O-alkylation of either the appropriate phenols using (R,S)-N-(1-bromo-2-butyl)-phthalimide or in reaction of (R,S)-N-(2-hydroxy-1-butyl)-phthalimide [II] with the use of 4-chloronitrobenzene. The structure of the synthesized compounds was verified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral data. Compounds Ia, Id and Ie were subjected to preliminary pharmacological studies on the circulatory system activity.
新型芳氧基氨基烷烃Ia - f和VI是通过使用（R,S）-N-（1-溴-2-丁基）-邻苯二甲酰亚胺对相应的酚进行O-烷基化反应制备的，或者是通过（R,S）-N-（2-羟基-1-丁基）-邻苯二甲酰亚胺[II]与4-氯硝基苯反应制备的。合成化合物的结构通过元素分析、红外光谱、1H核磁共振和质谱数据进行了验证。化合物Ia、Id和Ie对循环系统活性进行了初步药理研究。
