A review of morbidity and mortality was performed for 84 patients over 70 years of age who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy at our institution. Anastomotic leakage was the only significant complication. Operative mortality, although greater in this patient group, is acceptable.
我们对本院84例70岁以上接受胰十二指肠切除术的患者的发病率和死亡率进行了回顾。吻合口漏是唯一显著的并发症。尽管该患者组的手术死亡率较高，但仍可接受。
