The treatment of coxal femoral fractures in elderly patients is gaining vital significance. Short immobilization times, immediate full load capacity and fast reintegration into the home can be achieved only by early stable osteosynthesis. In an analysis of 222 patients hospitalized between 1988 and 1995 with peri- and subtrochanteric fractures of the femur we are able to show the advantages of the gamma nail in comparison to former osteosynthesis techniques.
老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗正变得至关重要。只有通过早期稳定的骨固定术，才能实现较短的固定时间、立即恢复完全负重能力以及快速重返家庭生活。在对1988年至1995年间因股骨转子周围和转子下骨折住院的222例患者进行的分析中，我们能够展示伽马钉相对于以前的骨固定技术的优势。
