For prophylaxis of the organotropic side reactions in antibiotic therapy it is important to determine correlation between the drug blood level and the effect level. The study of this correlation under experimental conditions provides determination of the maximum permissible concentration of the antibiotic in the blood. When the antibiotic side effects are diagnosed in clinics it is advisable to determine as exact as possible the peculiar properties of the drug pharmacokinetics in the respective patients.
对于抗生素治疗中器官特异性副作用的预防，确定药物血药浓度与效应水平之间的相关性很重要。在实验条件下对这种相关性进行研究可确定血液中抗生素的最大允许浓度。当在临床中诊断出抗生素副作用时，建议尽可能准确地确定相应患者中药物药代动力学的特殊性质。
