Abstract
1,3-Dimethylbarbituric acid was used as a versatile precursor for the preparation of annelated pyranopyrimidines 2 and 3a-c besides pyrrolopyrimidine 12. The isolated pyrazolopyrimidines 8a-c and 10 and fused pyrazolopyrimidines 14a-d were also synthesized. In addition the new obtained pyrimidoheterocycles were subjected to bacterial testings.
摘要
1,3 - 二甲基巴比妥酸除了用于制备吡咯并嘧啶12外，还被用作制备稠合吡喃并嘧啶2和3a - c的通用前体。还合成了分离得到的吡唑并嘧啶8a - c和10以及稠合吡唑并嘧啶14a - d。此外，对新得到的嘧啶杂环进行了细菌测试。
