One deceiving case of suicide with firearm is reported. In the heart area three entrance-wound were seen. At first sight these were the injuries to account for the death. At the autopsy in the mouth another entrancewound was, found. The death occurred due to gunshot into the mouth.
报告了一例用枪自杀的欺骗性案例。在心脏区域可见三处入口伤。乍一看，这些伤似乎是导致死亡的原因。尸检时在口腔内发现了另一处入口伤。死亡原因是口腔内枪伤。
