[Misleading self-inflicted gunshot wound].

One deceiving case of suicide with firearm is reported. In the heart area three entrance-wound were seen. At first sight these were the injuries to account for the death. At the autopsy in the mouth another entrancewound was, found. The death occurred due to gunshot into the mouth.
