This paper reviews the literature concerning the meaning of insight in clinical psychiatry. A number of studies indicate that insight is a complex and multidimensional phenomenon, consisting of at least several partly independent components (awareness of psychotic illness, the ability to recognize psychotic symptoms as pathological, the acceptance of treatment). It is suggested that good insight plays an important role in the course and treatment of psychotic disorders, and of schizophrenia in particular.
本文回顾了有关临床精神病学中自知力含义的文献。多项研究表明，自知力是一种复杂的多维度现象，至少由几个部分独立的成分组成（对精神病性疾病的认识、将精神病性症状识别为病理性的能力、接受治疗）。研究表明，良好的自知力在精神病性障碍尤其是精神分裂症的病程和治疗中起着重要作用。
