Abstract
The study was conducted on experimental models of pain sense induced in mice by exposure to thermic or chemical factors and in rats by exposure to electric factors. Nitrosorbide and no-spa possess a dose-dependent analgesic effect. Both drugs excelled analgin in the intensity and duration of analgesic effect.

该研究是在通过热因素或化学因素诱导小鼠产生痛觉以及通过电因素诱导大鼠产生痛觉的实验模型上进行的。硝异山梨酯和曲克芦丁具有剂量依赖性镇痛作用。两种药物在镇痛作用的强度和持续时间方面均优于安乃近。
