Abstract
In chronic experiments on conscious rats analgesic and autonomic-corrective effects of clopheline in cardiogenic pain were demonstrated. The drug was also shown to decrease emotional and motor manifestations and to stabilize central hemodynamics in patients with acute myocardial infarction.

在对清醒大鼠的慢性实验中，已证实氯菲宁对心源性疼痛具有镇痛和自主神经调节作用。该药物还被证明可减轻急性心肌梗死患者的情绪和运动表现，并稳定其中心血流动力学。
