40 cases of breast malignancy constituted the study group and 10 sex matched formed the control grp. Serum level of copper was estimated by atomic absorption photometry and ceruloplasmin was done by Houchin's method. The study group showed significant hypercupremia and increased level of serum ceruloplosmin. It was postulated that levels copper and ceruloplasmin may help in prognosis & diagnosis of disease.
40例乳腺恶性肿瘤患者组成研究组,10例性别匹配者组成对照组。采用原子吸收光度法测定血清铜水平,用霍钦氏法测定铜蓝蛋白。研究组显示明显的高铜血症,血清铜蓝蛋白水平升高。据推测,铜和铜蓝蛋白水平可能有助于疾病的预后和诊断。
