Changes of the thiol-disulfide balance and electrocardiographic indices were studied in ischemic heart disease patients undergoing operation stress. It was shown that the operative procedure resulted in a shift of the redox state to oxidation in the thiol-disulfide system, especially in its protein part. The revealed correlation between the value of the thiol-disulfide ratio and ECG changes attest to the significance of the state of the blood thiol-disulfide system for the assessment of the degree of ischemic alterations in the myocardium.
对承受手术应激的缺血性心脏病患者的硫醇-二硫化物平衡变化和心电图指标进行了研究。结果表明,手术过程导致硫醇-二硫化物系统的氧化还原状态向氧化方向转变,尤其是在其蛋白质部分。所揭示的硫醇-二硫化物比值与心电图变化之间的相关性证明了血液硫醇-二硫化物系统状态对于评估心肌缺血改变程度的重要性。
