Agents with anxiolytic properties, namely, the tranquilizer diazepam (0.1 mg/kg), melatonin a hormone secreted by the pineal gland (0.1 mg/kg), and the beta-adrenergic blocker anapriline (5 mg/kg), remove in a similar manner stress-induced dysrhythmia in rats. Under their effect the circadian rhythm of motor activity is normalized and adaptation shifts in the time dynamics of forced swimming are encountered.
具有抗焦虑特性的药物,即镇静剂地西泮(0.1毫克/千克)、松果体分泌的一种激素褪黑素(0.1毫克/千克)以及β-肾上腺素能阻滞剂心得安(5毫克/千克),能以类似方式消除大鼠应激诱导的心律失常。在它们的作用下,运动活动的昼夜节律恢复正常,并且在强迫游泳的时间动态中出现适应变化。
