Kasugamycin-resistant mutants of Bacillus subtilis were isolated and classified into two groups, one of which had resistance to kasugamycin in in vitro protein synthesis and mapped in the ribosomal region. The other group had no resistance to kasugamycin in in vitro protein synthesis and had weak cross-resistance to gentamicin and kanamycin. Neither group could sporulate in the presence of kasugamycin.
枯草芽孢杆菌的抗春日霉素突变体被分离出来并分为两组,其中一组在体外蛋白质合成中对春日霉素具有抗性,且定位在核糖体区域。另一组在体外蛋白质合成中对春日霉素没有抗性,并且对庆大霉素和卡那霉素有较弱的交叉抗性。在春日霉素存在的情况下,两组都不能形成芽孢。
