[The applicability of the glyoxylic acid technique for the demonstration of biogenic amines on the cultured cerebrocortex of the rat (author's transl)].

The glyoxylic acid technique for the demonstration of biogenic amines according to Lindvall and Björklund (1974) was tried to be adapted to the explant culture of the cerebro-cortex of neonatal rats. The "heat reaction" does render the investigation of the explant and of the growth area as well.
