Methanosarcina, a microorganism capable of producing methane from methanol, acetate, methylamine, and a mixture of carbon dioxide with hydrogen, was studied during growth in enrichment, binary and pure cultures in order to find differences in morphology caused by various conditions of growth. Methanosarcina forms stable morphotypes which correspond to species of this organism described in literature.
甲烷八叠球菌是一种能够利用甲醇、乙酸盐、甲胺以及二氧化碳与氢气的混合物产生甲烷的微生物。为了找出不同生长条件所导致的形态差异,我们对其在富集培养、二元培养和纯培养中的生长过程进行了研究。甲烷八叠球菌会形成稳定的形态型,这些形态型与文献中描述的该生物体的物种相对应。
