A comparative study of intralesional steroid versus incision and curettage was carried out on 60 chalazia divided into 3 groups according to size. Intralesional therapy proved equally effective in small, multiple and marginal chalazia, while in large lesions incision and curettage scored better.
对60例睑板腺囊肿患者按大小分为3组，进行了病灶内注射类固醇与切开刮除术的对比研究。病灶内治疗在小型、多发性和边缘性睑板腺囊肿中同样有效，而在大型病灶中，切开刮除术效果更好。
