Abstract

An area initiating locomotor activity under conditions of the spinal cord surface stimulation (SCS) was found at the upper border of the lumbar enlargement (L4-5 spinal segments). Parameters of the SCS for activation of the spinal stepping generator (SSG) were identified. Activation of the SSG under the SCS was shown to occur because of interaction of the spinal and peripheral mechanisms. Primary role in the SSG initiation during the SCS belongs to the propriospinal system of the dorsolateral funiculi.

在脊髓表面刺激(SCS)条件下,发现一个位于腰膨大(L4 - 5脊髓节段)上缘的启动运动活动的区域。确定了激活脊髓步进发生器(SSG)的SCS参数。结果表明,SCS下SSG的激活是由于脊髓和外周机制的相互作用。在SCS期间SSG启动过程中,背外侧索固有脊髓系统起主要作用。
