A novel alkaloid with an unprecedented fused-hexacyclic skeleton, daphmanidin A (1), and a new pentacyclic alkaloid, daphmanidin B (2), have been isolated from the leaves of Daphniphyllum teijsmanii, and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. The relative and absolute stereochemistry of 1 was determined by combination of NOESY correlations and a modified Mosher method.
从长序虎皮楠(Daphniphyllum teijsmanii)的叶子中分离得到了一种具有前所未有的稠合六环骨架的新型生物碱——虎皮楠碱A(1)和一种新的五环生物碱——虎皮楠碱B(2),并根据光谱数据阐明了它们的结构。通过NOESY相关实验和改良的Mosher方法相结合确定了1的相对和绝对立体化学结构。
