Abstract

One new Daphniphyllum alkaloid, daphnioldhanol A (1), together with three known ones, were isolated from the stem part of Daphniphyllum angustifolium Hutch. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparing with the literature data. Compound 2 is a new natural product, but known by synthesis as a racemate. Compound 1 exhibited week cytotoxic activity against Hela cell line with IC of 31.9 μM.

从狭叶虎皮楠(Daphniphyllum angustifolium Hutch.)的茎部分离得到一个新的虎皮楠生物碱——虎皮楠醇A(1),以及三个已知的生物碱。通过光谱方法并与文献数据进行比较确定了它们的结构。化合物2是一种新的天然产物,但作为外消旋体已通过合成方法得到。化合物1对Hela细胞系表现出较弱的细胞毒性活性,IC50为31.9 μM。
