Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To screen different macroporous adsorption resins for isolation and purification of flavonoids from Spatholobus suberectus.

METHODS

6 kinds of macroporous adsorption resins were assayed for their adsorbability and deadsorbability of total flavonoids from Spatholobus suberectus.

RESULTS

HPD 400 resin was found with good adsorbability and deadsorbability.

CONCLUSION

HPD 400 resin and AB-8 resins can be used for enriching high contents of total flavonoids from Spatholobus suberectus, and more than 50% of flavonoids were enriched from the extract of Spatholobus suberectus.

摘要

目的

筛选不同大孔吸附树脂用于分离纯化鸡血藤中的黄酮类化合物。

方法

考察6种大孔吸附树脂对鸡血藤总黄酮的吸附及解吸性能。

结果

发现HPD 400树脂具有良好的吸附和解吸性能。

结论

HPD 400树脂和AB - 8树脂可用于富集鸡血藤中高含量的总黄酮,从鸡血藤提取物中富集得到的黄酮类化合物超过50%。
