To study the effect of protein and anthraquinone glucosides from cassia seed on serum lipid of hyperlipidemia rats.
The rat hyperlipidemia model was set up by ig lipid emulsion. The effects of the protein 0.25 and 1 mg.kg-1. d-1, the anthraquinone glucosides 5 and 20 mg.kg-1.d-1, and the protein 0.25 mg.kg-1.d-1 plus the anthracene glucosides 5 mg.kg-1.d-1 on total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in serum of the rats were determined.
The protein 1 mg.kg-1.d-1, the anthraquinone glucosides 20 mg.kg-1.d-1 reduced the raised TC, TG, LDL-C of hyperlipidemia rats (P < 0.05). The above indexes could also be reduced by the protein 0.25 mg.kg-1.d-1 plus the anthraquinone glucosides 5 mg.kg-1.d-1(P < 0.05, P < 0.01).

研究决明子蛋白和蒽醌苷对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。
采用ig脂质乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症模型。测定蛋白0.25和1mg·kg-1·d-1、蒽醌苷5和20mg·kg-1·d-1以及蛋白0.25mg·kg-1·d-1加蒽苷5mg·kg-1·d-1对大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的影响。
蛋白1mg·kg-1·d-1、蒽醌苷20mg·kg-1·d-1可降低高脂血症大鼠升高的TC、TG、LDL-C(P<0.05)。蛋白0.25mg·kg-1·d-1加蒽醌苷5mg·kg-1·d-1也可降低上述指标(P<0.05,P<0.01)。
决明子蛋白和蒽醌苷可降低高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C。
