Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish the determination method of Shikimic acid.

METHOD

Using HPLC method as the determination method. The separation was performed in a SiO2-NH2 column with a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-2% H3PO4 water solution (95:5); The sample wavelength was 213 nm, reference wavelength 300 nm.

RESULT

The average collection was 98.5%, RSD 1.67% (n = 5).

CONCLUSION

This method is suitable for the determination of Shkimic acid in herb medicines and preparation containing shikimic acid.

目的

建立莽草酸的测定方法。

方法

采用高效液相色谱法作为测定方法。在硅胶 - 氨基柱上进行分离,流动相为乙腈 - 2%磷酸水溶液(95:5);样品波长为213nm,参比波长为300nm。

结果

平均回收率为98.5%,相对标准偏差为1.67%(n = 5)。

结论

该方法适用于含莽草酸的中药材及制剂中莽草酸的测定。
