To study the chemical constituents of Shiraia bambusicola.
Column chromatography with silica gel was employed for the isolation and purification of constituents. The structures were elucidated by means of chemical and spectroscopic data.
Seven compounds were obtained and identified as hypocrellin A (I), hypocrellin B (II), hypocrellin C (III), hypomycin A (IV), ergosterol (V), ergosterol peroxide (VI) and 1,8-dihydroxy anthraquinone (VII).
Compounds (IV) (VII) were separated from Shiraia bambusicola for the first time.
研究竹黄的化学成分。
采用硅胶柱色谱法对其成分进行分离纯化。通过化学和光谱数据对结构进行解析。
得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为竹红菌素A(Ⅰ)、竹红菌素B(Ⅱ)、竹红菌素C(Ⅲ)、竹红菌素A(Ⅳ)、麦角甾醇(Ⅴ)、过氧化麦角甾醇(Ⅵ)和1,8 - 二羟基蒽醌(Ⅶ)。
化合物(Ⅳ)(Ⅶ)首次从竹黄中分离得到。
