The in vitro experiments with human blood cells and in vivo experiments on Wistar rats have demonstrated that stimulation of neutrophils enhances their phagocytic metabolic activity. Barbiturates (benzonal and phenobarbital) and phenazepam in low concentrations (doses) increase neutrophilic function evaluated by the NBT test, but in high ones cause opposite effects.
用人血细胞进行的体外实验以及对Wistar大鼠进行的体内实验表明，刺激中性粒细胞可增强其吞噬代谢活性。低浓度（剂量）的巴比妥类药物（苯佐那尔和苯巴比妥）和非那西泮可通过NBT试验评估提高中性粒细胞功能，但高浓度时则会产生相反的效果。
