Abstract

The thermal death behavior of Bacillus stearothermophilus spores in distilled water suspensions is nonlogarithmic in dynamic as well as static tests. The explanation of heat lags as the cause of nonlogarithmic behavior is incorrect.

嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌孢子在蒸馏水悬浮液中的热死亡行为在动态和静态试验中均为非对数性。将热滞后解释为非对数行为的原因是不正确的。
