To observe the effects of Peristrophe roxbrughiana (HSX) on blood pressure, NO, No-synthase and ET in the serum and NO in urine in renal hypertensive rats.
The 2K1C(2 kidney 1 clap) hypertensive model rats were used and drugs had been given by ig. for 4 weeks. The blood pressure was measured at the end of the each week. At the end of 4th week, the urine was collected and the concentration of NO in the serum or urine, NO-synthease and ET in the serum were measured.
HSX (H or L dosage) by ig. for 1 week can significantly lower the blood pressure, increase the levels of NO and NO-synthase in the serum and NO in the urine, reduce the concentration of ET in the serum. The effects have lasted for 4 weeks.
HSX played an important role in the renal hypertensive rats.
观察红丝线对肾性高血压大鼠血压、血清一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(No-synthase)、内皮素(ET)及尿中NO的影响。
采用两肾一夹(2K1C)高血压模型大鼠,灌胃给药4周。每周末测量血压。第4周结束时,收集尿液,检测血清中NO、NO合酶、ET浓度及尿中NO浓度。
灌胃给予红丝线高、低剂量1周可显著降低血压,提高血清中NO、NO合酶水平及尿中NO水平,降低血清ET浓度。且作用持续4周。
红丝线对肾性高血压大鼠具有重要作用。
