Abstract

The author presents a concise information on the formal and legal status of the protection against the effect of electromagnetic fields in humans adopted in the European Union member states. Essential information on the Polish legal basis of the environmental protection against the effect of electromagnetic fields is provided. The most important, in the author's opinion, provisions of the Environmental Protection Law and executory provisions are discussed.
